That is why some Apostates are getting out in front ahead of the pack, while others are merging with the Lunatics. That philosophy only works for a short time, because at some point, the pack is going to turn on them, after they run out of easy pickings elsewhere!

Muslims see Jesus as one of their own. They see him as the prophet Isa (the Islamic word for “Jesus”) and he will come back, not to deliver Israel, but to destroy the Jews in the name of Islam! They have Jesus mixed up with the anti-Christ in that regard along with other points, but I digress!

Delingpole: Archbishop of Canterbury Wants ‘Rethink’ on ‘White’ Jesus

The Archbishop of Canterbury wants us to rethink the Western notion that Jesus was white and is wondering whether to remove monuments and memorials in Church of England buildings lest they offend someone.

Asked if the “way the Western church portrays Jesus needs to be thought about again”, he said:

“Yes of course it does, this sense that God was white… You go into churches (around the world) and you don’t see a white Jesus.

“You see a black Jesus, a Chinese Jesus, a Middle Eastern Jesus – -which is of course the most accurate — you see a Fijian Jesus.”

Welby then did a bit of nimble backtracking by saying:

“Jesus is portrayed in as many ways as there are cultures languages and understandings.

Actually, I don’t care what a spin off of the Whore of Babylon thinks, and neither should you! It only matters what the Bible says! This crap of what Color Jesus is has been going on for a very long time. A lot of people, be they White, Black, Brown, Yellow, or those who don’t know what the hell they are, i.e.. trans-species and the like, are going to be very…., shocked. Cynthia Pawl – This issue has been troubling me for a long time.  I could not believe that anyone could take this claim seriously.  But, it is growing.  I must speak out.  I have no ill will against anyone.  A person’s race or color is irrelevant as far as I am concerned.   I care only for the hearts and minds of people and their salvation!  There are only two kinds of people in this world, those who know and love the Lord and those who do not.

The body of flesh that you inhabit is not YOU.  It is the spirit that lives in your heart that is the real you.  That is why when someone has a heart transplant, the person whose heart they receive often either takes over their life or struggles constantly to gain control.  They find themselves doing things they never did before, based on the likes and preferences of the donor.  They start to walk like them, talk like them and pursue their interests.  Often the person who received the heart finds their own DNA completely changed to the DNA of the donor.  WHY?  Because that donor is still alive… the body they used to inhabit is dead, but they are not.  For a heart transplant to work, the heart has to still be beating.  The heart is removed before the donor’s body is dead.  We are not our body.  We are the spirit that GOD breathed into our body.  Just as GOD is SPIRIT!  for more information on this see the following articles:

GOD took on a body, to become our salvation.  But GOD is SPIRIT and those who worship HIM worship HIM in SPIRIT and in TRUTH.  The TRUTH is that NO ONE RACE IS GREATER THAN ANOTHER!  

This fighting over the IMAGES of Jesus is ridiculous.  GOD COMMANDED US not to form any graven IMAGE.  We are not to make ANY LIKENESS of anyone or anything… ESPECIALLY NOT JESUS CHRIST.  That is an abomination to GOD.  THERE IS NO RACE in heaven… we are all one RACE the CHILDREN OF GOD.  Well, those us who make it to heaven.  Down here there are two races.  Those who serve GOD and those who serve SATAN.   THAT IS IT!  

We should TEAR DOWN EVERY IDOL!  Every statue every image.  We don’t worship an image… we worship the Creator.

Black Liberation Theology

Black liberation theology is an offshoot of the South American liberation theology, which is largely humanistic, attempting to apply Christian theology to the plight of the poor. Black liberation theology focuses on Africans in general and African-Americans in particular being liberated from all forms of bondage and injustice, whether real or perceived, whether social, political, economic, or religious.

The goal of black liberation theology is to “make Christianity real for blacks.” The primary error in black liberation theology is its focus. Black liberation theology attempts to focus Christianity on liberation from social injustice in the here and now, rather than in the afterlife. Jesus taught the exact opposite: “My kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36). Have blacks/Africans and especially African-Americans been treated unfairly, unjustly, and evilly in recent history? Absolutely! Should one of the results of the gospel be the end of racism, discrimination, prejudice, and inequality? Again, yes, absolutely (Galatians 3:28)! Is deliverance from social injustice a core principle of the gospel? No.

The message of the gospel is this: we are all infected with sin (Romans 3:23). We are all worthy of eternal separation from God (Romans 6:23). Jesus died on the cross, taking the punishment that we deserve (2nd Corinthians 5:21; 1st John 2:2), providing for our salvation. Jesus was then resurrected, demonstrating that His death was indeed a sufficient payment for the sin penalty (1st Corinthians 15:1-4). If we place our trust in Jesus as Savior, all of our sins are forgiven, and we will be granted entrance into heaven after death (John 3:16). That is the gospel. That is to be our focus. That is the cure for what is truly plaguing humanity.

When a person receives Jesus as Savior, he/she is a new creation (2nd Corinthians 5:17), and the indwelling Holy Spirit begins the process of conforming him/her to the image of Christ (Romans 12:1-2). Only through this spiritual transformation can racism truly be conquered. Black liberation theology fails because it attacks the symptoms without truly addressing the disease. Sin/fallenness is the disease; racism is just one of the many symptoms. The message of the gospel is Jesus’ atoning sacrifice for our sins and the salvation that is therefore available through faith. The end of racism would be a result of people truly receiving Jesus as Savior, but racism is not specifically addressed in the gospel itself.

Because of its extreme over-emphasis of racial issues, a negative result of black liberation theology is that it tends to separate the black and white Christian communities, and this is completely unbiblical. Christ came to earth to unite all who believe in Him in one universal Church, His body, of which He is the head (Ephesians 1:22-23). Members of the Body of Christ share a common bond with all other Christians, regardless of background, race, or nationality. “There should be no division in the body, but . . . its parts should have equal concern for each other” (1st Corinthians 12:25). We are to be of one mind, having the mind of Christ, and have one goal, glorifying God by fulfilling Christ’s command to “go into all the world,” telling others about Him, preaching the good news of the gospel, and teaching others to observe His commandments (Matthew 28:19-20). Jesus came from the tribe of Judah out of the linage of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Jacob who was called Israel by God and through Israel the Messiah would come. He chose a descendant of the tribe of Judah, a woman who would carry Jesus in her womb and give birth to him. These people are known as the Jews. People get confused about the Jews. Jews are of the tribe of Judah. The tribe of Judah are part of Israel, the Israelites. All Israelites are not Jews but all Jews are Israelites, of the tribe of Judah, being the Son of Jacob… Israel. Now, if you look at the Israelites of today, and more particular the Jews, once again from the tribe of Judah, you will see that they are light skinned, almost white, or olive complexion. Was Jesus black?”

There are some groups, usually affiliated with some form of the “Black Hebrew” movement, who vehemently argue that Jesus was black/African in skin color/appearance. While this goes directly against the fact that the Bible declares Jesus’ Jewishness, meaning He likely had light to dark brown skin, ultimately, the discussion/argument misses the point. Does it really matter that we know the color of Jesus’ skin—whether He was black, yellow, brown, or white? Though this may be a controversial issue for some, the truth is that we simply don’t know what the color of Jesus’ skin was. While there are countless references to Jesus being Jewish as that was His heritage, the Bible provides little, if any, description of what Jesus might have looked like.

It is the prophet Isaiah who gives us the best description of the physical appearance of Jesus: “He grew up before him like a tender shoot, and like a root out of dry ground. He had no beauty or majesty to attract us to him, nothing in his appearance that we should desire him” (Isaiah 53:2). If Jesus’ skin color and complexion were important, then God would have told us about them. Furthermore, to presume that Jesus is of one color or another is to speculate on information not found within the Scriptures. As such, it is useless speculation at best (1st Timothy 1:4; Titus 3:9). The point is that it does not matter in the whole scheme of redemption what color of skin Jesus had (Ephesians 1:7; Colossians 1:14).

So, what should we concern ourselves with when it comes to Jesus? Peter tells us, “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness” (2nd Peter 1:3). In other words, Christ has called us to a life of glory and moral excellence, both here on this earth and in heaven. We are to live pure and righteous lives for His glory. The message of this passage is clear: it is His glory and goodness that attract man to seek life and godliness in Him. It has absolutely nothing to do with the way He looks or the color of His skin.

Peter also tells us that God “does not show favoritism but accepts men from every nation who fear him and do what is right” (Acts 10:34–35). When Jesus calls for us to go into all the world and teach the gospel (Matthew 28:18–20), He is telling us that there are no cultural or racial barriers, that we are all one in Christ Jesus. Paul echoes this in his letter to the churches in Galatia: “There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:28). The color of our Savior’s skin has no bearing on our sharing the gospel. Nor should our neighbor’s skin color have any bearing on our imparting the gospel message to him (Romans 1:16). The apostles of the first-century church adapted to the cultures of the foreign countries, but they never did so at the cost of their fidelity to the law of Christ (1st Corinthians 9:19–23).

Paul may have changed his method of teaching whenever he entered a new culture or foreign land, but he never changed his message. He kept preaching the same things he had always taught, regardless of the color of his listeners’ skin. What mattered was that they received the good news of Christ. The truth is that the message of the gospel of Christ worked then and the gospel still works today! It still reaches into the hearts of those who yearn to know God, whether they are black, white, yellow, or brown. It’s not the color of Jesus’ skin or the color of our neighbor’s skin that matters in our eternal destiny. Who are the Black Hebrews / Black Israelites?”

The terms “Black Hebrews” and “Black Israelites” refer as a categorical whole to several independent sub-sects whose unifying characteristic is that their members are of black African descent who claim Hebrew / Israelite ancestry. Apart from this unifying characteristic, however, these sub-sects are very distinct from one another.

For example, members of the Original African Hebrew Israelite Nation of Jerusalem (or the African Israelites, for short) believe that, after the Roman expulsion of the Jews from the land of Israel, many Jews migrated to West Africa. From there, their descendants were transported by slave ship to the United States, where the group began in the 1960s. According to this view, the biblical Hebrews of the Old Testament times had multiracial descendants.

Members of the Nation of Yahweh, on the other hand, believe that all of the Old Testament prophets, Jesus Christ, and God Himself are all black. They believe that all whites, but especially Jews, are infidels, whom they call “white devils.” Only blacks are “true Jews.” This group is considered a black supremacist group by many and has a history of violence and terror.

In 1966, African Israelite founder and leader Ben Ammi (the name literally means “Son of My People,” formerly Ben Carter of Chicago) claimed to have been visited by the angel Gabriel. According to Ben Ammi, Gabriel instructed him to “lead the children of Israel to the Promised Land, and establish the long-awaited Kingdom of God.” Ben Ammi then established the Original African Hebrew Israelite Nation of Jerusalem and led approximately 400 members to the West African nation of Liberia for a two-and-a-half year period of purification. From there, those who remained for the entire two-and-a-half years began migrating to Israel in waves, beginning in 1969.

The authorities in Israel did not accept Ben Ammi and his followers as biblical Jews and did not deem them entitled to citizenship under the Israeli “Right of Return” law. Instead, the African Israelites were granted temporary tourist visas. Legal troubles ensued when it became apparent that the African Israelites had no intention of ever leaving. The Jewish authorities did not want to expel them, however, and face accusations of racial discrimination. After much perseverance, the group was finally granted residency in 2004. This allowed them to stay in Israel, but not as full citizens. In 2008, there were approximately 2,500 African Israelites living in Israel. They adhere to strict dietary and behavioral laws, which include veganism and Old Testament Mosaic Law.

These are just two of many Black Hebrew / Israelite sub-sects, each one distinct and independent from the others. Other Black Hebrew / Israelite groups include the Church of the Living God, the Pillar Ground of Truth for All Nations, the Church of God and Saints of Christ, and the Commandment Keepers. What they have in common is their race (i.e., black African descent) and their claim to have descended from the biblical Hebrews of Old Testament times.

Is it possible that Old Testament Hebrews left behind some black ancestors? Yes. Given Israel’s proximity to Africa, it is plausible that there are African Jewish groups, especially following the Roman expulsion and the Diaspora of the Jews. In fact, the entire Jewish nation spent four centuries in Africa before returning to the Promised Land (modern-day Israel), and interactions between the Hebrews and African nations are documented throughout the Old Testament.

There is a group of black Jews living in Africa today who practice a very ancient form of Judaism. Unlike the modern Original African Hebrew Israelite Nation of Jerusalem, the Beta Israel group of Ethiopia is accepted by the majority of Jews and by the nation of Israel as being historically Jewish. When it comes to the question of Black Hebrews / Israelites, it is not so much a matter of whether there are groups of blacks with partial Jewish ancestry living in the world today. The question is whether these particular groups claiming Jewish ancestry truly are descendants of the biblical Hebrews.

Whether or not any of the Black Hebrew / Israelite groups have Jewish ancestry is not the most important issue. Even if it could be conclusively proven that a Black Hebrew / Israelite faction is partially genetically descended from the biblical Israelites, what these groups believe is far more important than their ancestry. Each of these groups, to varying degrees, have beliefs that are unbiblical. Above everything else, the most crucial error is a misunderstanding, or in some cases denial, of who Jesus Christ is, what He taught, and how His death and resurrection provide the way of salvation.  Source: Got Questions

So was Jesus White then?

In much of Western art, Jesus is portrayed as having white skin and light hair. Is that what Jesus really looked like? If not, why is He so often portrayed that way?

First, it is important to remember that the Bible nowhere gives a physical description of Jesus. The Bible does not say anything about Jesus’ height, weight, skin color, hair color, or eye color. Such things are not important to understanding who Jesus is. The closest the Bible comes to describing what Jesus looked like is a non-detailed sketch of what Jesus was not like in Isaiah 53:2: “He had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire him” . Essentially, Isaiah 53:2 is saying that Jesus was ordinary-looking. The description of the glorified Jesus having white hair and bronze skin in Revelation 1:14–15 should not be understood literally unless you also believe Jesus has seven stars in his right hand, a sword in His mouth, and a face as bright as the sun (Revelation 1:16).

According to the Bible, Jesus was a Jew, a.k.a., a Hebrew or Israelite. Jesus lived in the Middle East and was of Semitic descent. As a result, He very likely would have had light- to medium-brown skin, brown eyes, and dark-brown to black hair. While Middle Easterners occasionally have light skin, comparable to that of Europeans, such skin tones are rare in that part of the world. Was Jesus white? The answer is that He was very likely not white.

So, if Jesus likely was not white, why is He so often portrayed that way? If you examine artists’ portrayals of Jesus from around the world, you find that they often portray Jesus in a way similar to what people look like in that particular culture. Europeans portray Jesus as a European. Africans paint Jesus as an African. Asians illustrate Jesus in a way that makes Him look Asian. People prefer to picture Jesus as looking somewhat like them, or at least like people they are familiar with.

Is it wrong to do this? Not necessarily. As long as we do not allow our preferred image of Jesus to become an idol, there is nothing in the Bible that speaks against imagining Jesus looking a certain way. Jesus is the Savior for “all nations” (Matthew 28:19; Galatians 3:8). No matter a person’s skin color, race, ethnicity, or nationality, he or she can experience forgiveness of sin and reconciliation with God through the crucified and risen Christ. The love of Jesus transcends skin color. Having no physical description of Jesus, people naturally imagine the Son of Man to be like themselves.

So, we should not be dogmatic in our preferred image of Jesus. The fact that the Bible nowhere gives a physical description should serve as a caution against arrogance and presumption on this subject. What Jesus looked like does not really matter. Again, IT DOES NOT MATTER, and should not matter what color he was, or depicted as. It only matters to those who have hate filled hearts, those who want to fight, argue, and try to have dominance over another. That is religious slavery folks!

In the Old Testament times, ANYONE who chose to follow Jewish Law was accepted as a JEW.  This is quite evident if you look at the Bloodline of JESUS CHRIST.  You will find several individuals who were once considered HEATHENS/PAGANS /INFIDELS, but are not only accepted in the faith they were chosen to be part of the line of CHRIST.  In fact, that is the main reason why Jesus’s bloodline is clearly laid out in the Bible. They threw off their pagan ways accepted and integrated into God’s way. 

Ruth 1:16-17 “And Ruth said, Intreat me not to leave thee, or to return from following after thee: for whither thou goest, I will go; and where thou lodgest, I will lodge: thy people shall be my people, and thy God my God: 17 Where thou diest, will I die, and there will I be buried: the LORD do so to me, and more also, if ought but death part thee and me.”

If that is not evidence enough for anyone, than I don’t know what would convince you.  THERE IS NO JEW OR GENTILE in GOD’s EYES.  THERE ARE ONLY THOSE WHO CHOSE TO COME UNDER GOD’s  COMMAND.  And, ANYONE who is under God’s COMMAND and of the FAITH of Jesus CHRIST, would not be spreading hatred, or flaunting their bloodline, or demanding that anyone kiss their feet, or burning, looting, or destroying property!  Those are works of SATAN!
